Innisfail takes a Day Trip to Cairns
On the 24th June, a glorious day greeted 37 Innisfail Probians travelling by bus to Cairns. The first stop was a welcome morning tea at Norman Park in Gordonvale.
Then onto the Cairns Aquarium for a self-guided visual and information tour involving a magnificent display of marine life and rainforest creatures endemic to Tropical North Qld, the Wet Tropic Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef.
A final stop for lunch at Cazaly’s Club for a delicious lunch and refreshments. A fantastic day enjoyed by everyone. A special thanks to Judi Rees and Frances Lagana for organising this day and to our bus driver Pam for a relaxing, safe travel day.
