Springwood Probus Australia Day Celebration

Over 30 members of Springwood Probus club gathered under the shade of a lovely Moreton Bay Fig Tree in Logan’s Riverdale Park to celebrate Australia Day. Complete with camping chairs and picnic lunches, they also set up a display of Australian flags. Then the games began. Egg and spoon races, Thong throwing and finally an Australia Day Theme Trivia game which had all members engaged and surprised organiser Adele with how knowledgeable many members were about Australian history and events. This was followed with a break for lunch, with lots of chatter, while enjoying the food, fellowship, friendship and fun that members enjoy as members of our Springwood Probus Club.
