45 members from 5 Probus Clubs: Beaudesert, Greenbank, Logan Village, Jimboomba and Park Ridge, had the first of two interclub visits to Government House at Paddington on 22nd September. The Governor was in residence, so members got the opportunity to hear from Her Excellency before having a “cuppa” in the Investiture Room, followed by a tour of the grand building.

After the tour, members gathered at the Broncos Club at Red Hill for lunch. Thanks to Logan Coaches for transporting us on the day, volunteers at Government House for the excellent tour, and staff at the Broncos Club for looking after us for lunch. Also, a big thank you to the Activities Coordinators from Beaudesert, Greenbank, Jimboomba and Park Ridge for assisting Logan Village with organising their members to attend the outing. It was a great day of fellowship and getting to know Probians from other clubs. Our second visit will be on 27th October.
