Buderim Mountain Probus Club holds an annual Australia Day Breakfast. We choose to celebrate just after the official Australia Day when the holiday crowds have left the Coast. We meet at a very suitable under cover venue on the Mooloolaba Spit with sufficient barbecues for our purpose. A willing group of volunteers buys supplies and prepares a sumptuous breakfast. One of our members plays guitar and leads our group of about forty members in the singing of a few Australian songs. This year we were also able to use this function as the beginning of our celebration of 50 years of Probus in Australia as we move into our club’s 44th year.
