Our December Christmas Party and Australia Day provided two opportunities for members to come together to celebrate and enjoy the connections they had made with other members. The Christmas Party photos capture the warmth and joy of the festive season with relaxed socialising and friendship.

Our January General Meeting was held on Australia Day, bringing members together to mark the day. The photos reflect a welcoming atmosphere, with members celebrating both the occasion and their everyday friendships. Secretary Karen decorated all the tables with Australian flags and flora, and during his report, Acting President Murray spoke with pride about Australia, reflecting on how fortunate we are to live here. The morning’s welcome finished with Murray reading Rupert McCall’s poem, ‘Green and Gold Malaria.’

Together, the photographs highlight the vibrant social life of our Probus group and the value of fellowship and friendship.
